Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

TuMao DaBan (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our company") highly values your privacy protection. Our product focuses on "AI styling" (AI-powered outfit suggestions) to help you manage your wardrobe and receive smart recommendations including weather-related outfit ideas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Before using our services, please carefully read this Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

We are committed to complying with relevant laws and regulations and protecting the security of your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information: including username, phone number, password (encrypted storage), nickname, signature, avatar, Apple User ID, terms agreement status, etc.

2.2 Profile Information: including gender, height, weight, body measurements (bust, waist, hips, thigh circumference, arm circumference), body type (pear/apple/hourglass, etc.), clothing preferences, style preferences, brand preferences, etc., used to provide personalized services and AI recommendations.

2.3 Clothing Data: including clothing photos you upload, clothing information, clothing ratings, clothing descriptions, etc. We collect this information when you upload photos and fill in clothing information. Your uploaded clothing photos will be used for content security review (sent to Tencent Cloud Content Security service) and AI recognition processing (sent to Alibaba Cloud Bailian Large Language Model Qwen-VL). We will seek your consent before using these functions.

2.4 Outfit Data: including outfit records you create, outfit ratings, outfit descriptions, wear logs, etc.

2.5 Wardrobe Data: including wardrobe names, wardrobe descriptions, clothing lists and position information in wardrobes, etc.

2.6 Usage Data: including your operation records, access times, feature usage, preference analysis data, user profile data, etc.

2.7 Client and network information: When you use our mobile app or web services, our servers automatically record your IP address when you make requests. The mobile app also sends app version, build number, client platform type (e.g., iOS, Android, Huawei AppGallery channel), and a custom User-Agent (to identify the app client and version; it does not include your specific device model) for version compatibility, access analytics, troubleshooting, and security. We do not currently collect or store your specific device model or detailed OS version unless you voluntarily provide them when contacting support.

2.8 Log Information: including access times, operation records, error logs, etc., used for security analysis, troubleshooting, and service optimization.

2.9 Location and Weather Information: When you enable Home weather or weather-based outfit features and have not manually selected a city in the app, after you grant system location permission, the mobile client (iOS/Android) may use the OS location services to obtain approximate location (e.g., around kilometer-level accuracy, depending on the OS and device), perform reverse geocoding on the device to derive a city name, and match it against the supported city list to determine the city location ID used for weather queries. For this flow we generally do not upload raw GPS coordinates from the device to our own servers; requests to our backend and QWeather mainly use city identifiers and city names, not continuous precise tracking. You may deny location permission and pick a city manually in the app. Weather data is obtained through our servers calling the QWeather (He Feng Weather) API, including temperature, condition text, and dressing tips, to display weather and generate weather-related outfit suggestions. You can turn off Home weather in the app (Settings → Home & experience) to stop QWeather API calls. QWeather privacy policy: https://www.qweather.com/terms/privacy. We do not use such information for unrelated purposes or continuously track your precise movements.

2.10 Wardrobe Analytics Data: We may aggregate statistics from your wardrobe (e.g., clothing types, wear logs) on servers or on your device to show modules such as wardrobe analytics (total items, wear counts, category distribution, etc.). Such displays are primarily statistical and generally do not involve sharing identifiable item-level lists with third parties.

2.11 Goods / product image matting: When you use the Matting (background removal) feature on a clothing item’s detail screen, we submit the image you choose for processing (usually the displayed image or a selected slot) to Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS) and invoke Tencent Cloud Infinite (CI) goods/product matting to generate a product image on a transparent or clean background. The result is reviewed by our content security pipeline, then stored under your account for list display, outfit grids, re-cropping the matted region, or switching back to the original display, as supported in the app. We seek your consent (e.g. smart-service consent) before using matting; you may remove matting in detail to delete stored matted files and related records (follow in-app actions). Processing is provided by Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., subject to its privacy statement and terms (see https://cloud.tencent.com/document/product/301/11470).

2.12 Recharge and transaction information: When you recharge Cat Food, view recharge bills, or use features that consume Cat Food such as wardrobe expansion and other paid services, we collect necessary transaction-related information to complete payment, credit Cat Food, reconcile accounts, handle complaints, and perform risk control. TuMao Points (growth points), experience/level, and titles belong to the account growth system and are covered elsewhere in this policy; this section applies only to Cat Food recharge and payment. This includes: (1) order information (order number, tier, amount, Cat Food credited, status, timestamps, platform such as Apple/Android/Huawei, payment method such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple IAP, or Huawei IAP); (2) payment channel callbacks (merchant order ID, channel transaction ID, status, Apple/Huawei receipt validation data, etc.; we do not collect or store bank card passwords, payment passwords, or full card numbers); (3) Cat Food balance and ledger (recharge credits, wardrobe expansion debits, etc.); (4) recharge operation logs (order creation, payment launch, callbacks, client platform type, app version, IP, errors, etc.); (5) customer support and dispute information when you contact us about recharge, charges, missing credits, or refunds.

3. Use of Information

3.1 Service Provision: We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including clothing management, AI outfit recommendations (including AI styling suggestions that may use weather and your outfit descriptions), wardrobe management and analytics, user profile analysis, and other functions. When Home weather is enabled, our servers call the QWeather API to fetch weather for your selected city (see Section 4.2 and https://www.qweather.com/terms/privacy); when Home weather is off, we do not request this API.

3.2 AI Services: We use your clothing data, outfit records, user profile information, etc., through third-party AI services (Alibaba Cloud Bailian Large Language Model Qwen-VL) to provide intelligent outfit recommendations, outfit ratings, automatic clothing information completion, user profile generation, text translation, and other AI functions. Data sent to the model may also include: (6) outfit descriptions and conditions you choose such as occasion, season, and style when creating outfits or requesting recommendations; (7) weather-related text (e.g., temperature and condition) as described in Section 2.9 when generating weather-aware suggestions. We will seek your explicit consent before using AI functions.

3.3 Personalized Experience: We use your preference information and user profile data to recommend personalized clothing outfits and content for you, providing customized service experiences.

3.4 Content Security Review: We use third-party content security review services (Tencent Cloud Content Security, provided by Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) to review text and images you upload or submit in the product, such as avatars, clothing images, outfit-related text, nicknames, and signatures, to ensure content complies with applicable laws and regulations. When using content security review, such content may be sent to Tencent Cloud Content Security as required. The service automatically detects prohibited content (including but not limited to: pornography, violence, politically sensitive material, illegal content, advertising, spam, etc.); content that fails review may not be saved or displayed, and serious violations may result in account restrictions. We will seek your explicit consent before using content security review. Tencent Cloud Content Security is bound by its Privacy Protection Statement (https://cloud.tencent.com/document/product/301/11470) and terms of service, and we require appropriate security measures. Tencent Cloud uses your information only to provide the content security review services we request, not for other purposes.

3.5 SMS Services: We use third-party SMS services (Tencent Cloud SMS) to send verification codes to you for account registration, login, and other identity verification purposes.

3.6 Security Assurance: We use your information to detect, prevent, and resolve security, fraud, or technical issues, protecting your account and data security.

3.7 Communication: We may use your contact information to send you service notifications, important updates, or respond to your requests.

3.8 Data Analysis: We may perform statistical analysis on collected information to improve service quality, optimize algorithms and features, but will not identify specific individuals.

3.9 Goods matting: With your consent, we use matting outputs to show product-style images in the app, present items consistently in outfit flows, and support re-cropping or reverting to the original image where the app allows. We do not use matting for purposes unrelated to those described here.

3.10 Recharge and payment: We use the recharge and transaction information above to: (1) complete transactions (create orders, launch payment, receive results, credit Cat Food); (2) bills and queries (show recharge history, Cat Food ledger, and balance in the app); (3) reconciliation and audit (match channel records, handle missing/duplicate payments); (4) risk control (detect abnormal recharge, fraud, etc.); (5) legal compliance (retain records as required and cooperate with lawful requests).

4. Third-Party Services and APIs

To provide you with complete services, we use the following third-party service providers:

4.1 Alibaba Cloud Bailian Large Language Model (Qwen-VL): We use Alibaba Cloud Bailian Large Language Model Qwen-VL AI service to provide you with intelligent outfit recommendations, outfit ratings, automatic clothing information completion, user profile generation, text translation, and other functions. We will seek your explicit consent before using AI functions.

4.2 QWeather (He Feng Weather): When Home weather is enabled, our servers query the QWeather API (provided by entities such as He Feng Internet Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) to obtain current and forecast weather for your selected city or a city matched on-device from approximate location (e.g., temperature, conditions, dressing tips) for display and weather-related outfit features. Location capture and reverse geocoding for auto city selection occur primarily on your device; our servers and QWeather mainly receive city location identifiers needed for weather lookup. Requests are made server-side and may transmit non-account identifiers such as a city/location ID; we do not send your login password. We seek your consent before enabling this feature; when Home weather is off, we do not call this API. QWeather is bound by its privacy policy (https://www.qweather.com/terms/privacy) and terms of service, and we require appropriate security measures.

4.3 Tencent Cloud SMS Service: We use Tencent Cloud SMS service to send verification codes to you. Your phone number will be sent to Tencent Cloud for sending SMS.

4.4 Tencent Cloud Content Security: We use Tencent Cloud Content Security service (provided by Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) to review text and images you upload or submit in the product (same scope as Section 3.4). Tencent Cloud Content Security is bound by its Privacy Protection Statement (https://cloud.tencent.com/document/product/301/11470) and terms of service, and we require appropriate security measures. Tencent Cloud uses your information only to provide the content security review services we request, not for other purposes.

4.5 Apple Sign In: If you use Apple account to log in, we will obtain your Apple User ID and basic information (if you authorize) through Apple's login service.

4.6 Tencent Cloud COS and CI goods matting: When you actively use Matting, clothing images are routed through our servers to Tencent Cloud COS and the Cloud Infinite (CI) goods matting API; returned results undergo content security review and are stored under your account. We seek your consent beforehand. Tencent Cloud is bound by its Privacy Protection Statement (https://cloud.tencent.com/document/product/301/11470) and terms of service; we require it to process information only within the scope needed to provide this feature and to apply appropriate safeguards.

4.8 Alipay: Provider: Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. Use: Android clients (non-Huawei channel) pay via the Alipay app. Payment is handled under Alipay’s terms and privacy policy; we receive payment results to credit Cat Food.

4.9 WeChat Pay: Provider: Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. Use: Android clients (non-Huawei channel) pay via WeChat Pay. Payment is handled under WeChat Pay’s terms and privacy policy; we receive payment results to credit Cat Food.

4.10 Apple In-App Purchase: Provider: Apple Inc. Use: iOS clients purchase Cat Food tiers via the App Store. Purchase and billing are handled by Apple; we validate transactions via Apple’s receipt API before crediting Cat Food. Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4.11 Huawei In-App Purchase: Provider: Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei AppGallery IAP). Use: Huawei channel Android clients purchase via Huawei IAP. Purchase and signature validation are handled by Huawei; we credit Cat Food after validation.

4.12 The above third-party providers (including payment services) are bound by their respective privacy policies and terms. We only share information necessary to provide services and require appropriate safeguards. If you decline information required for payment when collected by a payment provider or its SDK/checkout, you may be unable to recharge, but other non-payment features are unaffected.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 We will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties in any other way, except in the following circumstances:

5.1.1 With your explicit consent;

5.1.2 As required by laws and regulations or as required by judicial or administrative authorities in accordance with the law;

5.1.3 As necessary to fulfill this Privacy Policy or Terms of Service;

5.1.4 In emergency situations, to protect the life, property, or safety of users or the public;

5.1.5 Sharing with our affiliated companies, service providers, or business partners, but only to the extent necessary to provide services, and these third parties must comply with this Privacy Policy.

5.2 We may publicly share anonymized, aggregated statistical data that does not identify specific individuals.

5.3 Recharge and payment sharing: Except as already described, we may share with payment partners order numbers, amounts, product descriptions, transaction status, and receipt data only as necessary to process payment and reconciliation. We do not sell recharge records or payment account information to unrelated third parties.

6. Information Storage and Security

6.1 We adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including data encryption, access control, security audits, etc.

6.4 If a personal information security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the relevant situation and take necessary measures to reduce losses.

6.5 Transaction security: We protect recharge transactions with signature verification, idempotent crediting, amount checks, and similar measures. When risk triggers occur, we may analyze account information, client and network information (see Section 2.7), logs, and recharge-related data, and take measures such as limiting recharge or freezing accounts. Recharge orders, payment callback logs, and Cat Food ledgers are retained as long as necessary; longer retention applies where required by law.

7.2 Right of Rectification: You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

7.6 Right to Complain: If you believe our processing of your personal information violates relevant laws and regulations, you have the right to complain to relevant regulatory authorities.

7.7 Account Deletion: Our product supports registration and voluntary account deletion. While signed in, you can request deletion under Profile → Settings → Delete account (or any equivalent in-app entry we provide); if the path or label changes by version, the in-app display prevails. After your account is successfully deleted, we will stop providing services tied to that account and will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, except where laws or regulators require retention—in which case we will retain it only for the required period and in a manner permitted by law. You will no longer be able to sign in with that account, and wardrobe, outfit, profile, and other account-related data will be handled as described above and generally cannot be recovered; please back up important information beforehand. Data cached locally on your device may still exist depending on your OS or app behavior; you may clear app data or reinstall the app if needed. If you have questions about the scope or progress of deletion, contact us as described in Section 12; we will respond within a reasonable time.

7.8 Recharge records and refunds: You can view recharge and consumption records under Recharge Bills and Cat Food Details in the app. Adults 18+ may request in-app self-service refunds for paid orders whose Cat Food has not been consumed; consumed Cat Food is not eligible for self-service refund. Guardians may email support@pp2mall.com for minor refunds without guardian consent; approved refunds may result in recharge and Cat Food use restrictions on the account. See the Terms of Service and Cat Food Recharge Agreement.

9.4 Minors and recharge: We do not recommend that minors use Cat Food recharge without guardian supervision. Guardians should keep payment devices and credentials secure.
